Rules references, including minor changes from Starforged to better align with the nautical setting

Please note that some wirebound books may have a few pages that seem 'stuck' together. This is not caused by glue, but by the paper itself gripping the next page near where the holes are punched at the spine. If you should receive a book with this issue, you can permanently fix the problem and avoid damaging the book by carefully running your hand between any 'sticky' pages along the spiral binding. Working from the back of the book towards the front will produce the best results.
