A quick-release adapter with airflow control for a 1/8" hose is a device that allows for fast and easy attachment and detachment of an airbrush gun to an air hose, with the added feature of controlling the airflow through the adapter.  

Similar to a standard quick-release adapter, it consists of two parts - the male and female couplings, but in this case, the female coupling has an adjustable valve that allows the user to control the airflow when painting.

When attaching the airbrush gun to the air hose, the male one is inserted into the female one and locked into place, and the valve on the female piece can be adjusted to control the airflow to the spray gun. To disconnect, the locking mechanism is released, and the two couplings can be separated.

This quick disconnect set allows the versatile use of multiple airbrushes with one air source and hose.
